ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

 

The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery, with estimated delivery times provided. Call for more info.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and business checks (for approved wholesale accounts only).

Full payment is required at the time of purchase or before shipment.

​

For custom processing services, payment is due upon pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Return / Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened items.

​

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund as appropriate.

​

For custom processed pecans, all sales are final once services are completed.

Wholesale / Contract Policy

​

Wholesale pricing is available for approved resellers, bakeries, and food manufacturers.

​

Minimum order quantities may apply.
